GAME DJOKOVIC 6-6. An outstanding return of serve from Federer matters little as Djokovic claims a second point in succession with a volley at the net. And he secures the hold to send us into a second tie-break. This feels like a massive moment in this final.
2-1. Not a bad way to start a breaker with your fastest serve of the tournament... a 127mph ace down the centre from Federer. But the Serb holds both his service points as well.
3-2. Djokovic takes the mini break with a 12th passing winner of the match compared to just two from Federer.
4-2. Federer returns the second serve long and it's advantage Djokovic at the change of ends.
4-3. A brilliant backhand return of serve but Djokovic stills takes the three point advantage as Federer goes long. Or does he! Federer challenges and it has clipped the back of the line... just. Djokovic wants to replay the point but it's given as a point to Federer.
5-4. Federer sends one immediately long though and Djokovic regains the mini break.
SET DJOKOVIC 7-6 (7-4). Djokovic just one set away from a second Wimbledon title. Brings up two set points with a booming forehand before Federer sends a backhand wide following good baseline work from Djokovic.
Just six unforced errors between the pair there in that last set. Highly impressive.
GAME DJOKOVIC 1-0. The perfect start to what the Serb will be hoping is the final set of the match.
GAME FEDERER 1-1. Djokovic takes another fall as he looks to retrieve a Federer drop shot but he responds excellently with a forehand winner down the line. Federer brings up two game points though with an ace and then takes it with the unreturnable serve.
GAME DJOKOVIC 2-1. Federer not showing quite the same intensity in that game and it's another comfortable hold. Still no breaks in this match from the Swiss.
It's a disastrous service game from Federer with the double fault starting things off. A loose forehand goes well wide to hand Djokovic three break points but he does well to save two including a net approach and overhead smash before Djokovic sends a forehand wide as Federer saves a 7th break point of the match. Deuce.
GAME DJOKOVIC 3-1. Djokovic knows how big that could be. Federer showed great fight to get back into it but a long forehand secures the game for the Serb.
The crowd erupt as Djokovic's challenge fails to leave Federer 0-30 in front, attempting to break back immediately.
GAME FEDERER 3-2. A big serve from Djokovic brings him back into it but superb net play from Federer earns him two break points and he clinches the first with a brilliant crosscourt forehand. Game on!!

GAME DJOKOVIC 4-2. Federer makes the wrong call to let Djokovic's passing shot go and it falls in for 30-30. Federer sends a backhand long and inexplicably there is the chance of a break for the third game in a row. Federer complains of noise from the crowd but there is nothing to be done about that now. Djokovic is a break up again.
GAME DJOKOVIC 5-2. Federer persists with the net play and claims a 30th net approach shot won out of 46 attempts to move 15-30 ahead. A simple enough rallying shot though goes into the net with Federer looking to up the pace with his forehand to tie the game up. Far from perfect serving by Djokovic but he brings up game point with net play of his own and tries to rally the crowd. The big serve out wide is returned straight into the net and Novak Djokovic is just one game away from the title.
GAME FEDERER 5-3. Credit to Federer who responds well to move 40-0 in front. An odd backhand slice goes long to gift Djokovic a point but the game is wrapped up and it's time for Djokovic to serve for the title.
