Good morning and welcome to MSN Sport's live coverage of Andy Murray's Australian Open quarter-final against Roger Federer.
The pair met in the semi-final of this tournament last year with Murray finally beating Federer in a Grand Slam with an epic five set victory.
Both players have a brilliant record at the Australian Open. Murray has reached the final three times in 2010, 2011 and 2013. But Federer has reached the last four for an astonishing 10 years in a row, winning the tournament four times.
Murray won the toss and chose sides. Federer serves first and we are underway!
GAME FEDERER - 0-1. Murray takes the first point but Federer comfortably holds. A fine effort at a passing shot from Murray drops fractionally wide which gave Roger the initiative.
GAME FEDERER - 1-2. Another extremely comfortable hold for Federer. He finally misses a first serve at 30-0 but seals the game after coming into the net and sending Murray the wrong way.

There is clearly a more aggressive approach in Federer's game these days, putting Murray under pressure from the outset and moving 15-30 up in this game.
GAME FEDERER - 1-3. Federer looking very good here and he takes the first break. Murray tries to beat him from the back of the court but again the three time Australian Open champ comes to the net to take the advantage.
GAME FEDERER - 1-4. Only 15 minutes gone and already Federer is in command. Murray can't get anywhere near him on his serve and has won just two points in the three games where he is receiving.
Our first challenge of the match. Murray struggles to reach Federer's shot out wide but it's comfortably in. More out of hope than expectation that one.
For the first time today Federer leads our poll at the top of the page! He is looking good but Murray beginning to grow into the match.
GAME FEDERER - 2-5. It may be another hold for Federer but Murray can take heart from actually worrying the number 6 seed on his own serve for the first time. A super Murray cross court backhand levelled it up at 30-30 but Federer sees the game out to move one away from set one.
SET FEDERER - 3-6. A brilliant rally to open the game but Murray misses the easiest shot of the lot as he comes into the net. A 13 shot rally soon follows which Federer pings cross court for a winner to set up three set points. And he wastes no time in claiming a love game and taking the opening set.
"A tactically perfect set from @rogerfederer, beautiful to watch" says Goran Ivanisevic
Murray's deep shot falls sweetly on the baseline but its called out. The challenge proves it was good but Federer aces straight afterwards to lead 15-0. Murray is not amused.
GAME FEDERER - 1-1. Murray levelled up but Federer again comes into the net to finish the game off.
The only disadvantage to coming into the net so often is the susceptibility to being lobbed. Murray executes one superbly to move 30-0 up.
GAME FEDERER - 2-2. Murray begins to get a little sniff of a break at 15-30 but that hope is quickly killed by Federer who wins the next three points in about 30 seconds.
GAME FEDERER - 2-3. It's the second break of the match and Murray is yet to even have a break point yet. Murray looked fine in the game but R-Fed guided a second serve return down the line before Murray's big cross court winner attempt dropped wide.
Federer may have only won one of his last 15 Grand Slams, but he is certainly showing signs of getting back to a Slam winning game. He has been very impressive so far and will take some beating.
GAME FEDERER - 2-4. Another brilliant lob from Murray, think he may have been practising those having watched Federer previously in this tournament! The Scot forces deuce but still cannot reach a break point and the Swiss holds again. Big game coming up now.
Almost lost for words with that point. Murray fires a powerful forehand but Federer is at the net and not only reaches it but kills it to drop just over the net and give the number 4 seed no chance.
